The STEEMA+ type auto recloser is a high-performance switchgear meticulously sealed with SF6 gas, boasting an IP67 class rating for superior environmental protection.

Our STEEMA+ type auto recloser is DESIGNED for critical electricity supply points where reliability is paramount. This includes vital fields such as: gas/oil/mine facilities, hospitals, government/military areas, and other important buildings where uninterrupted power is essential.

A key innovation of the STEEMA+ Auto recloser is its equipped manual closing solution, a patented design that addresses a common problem found in existing recloser brands like ABB, Schneider, Eaton, Siemens, Hubbell, Noja, and Jinkang. While these brands often offer only a normal recloser solution, their designs typically do not provide a solution for manual closing when electric power is unavailable. Our STEEMA+ provides this crucial capability.

The STEEMA+ auto recloser is a fast-switching switchgear, standardly configured with a magnetic actuator and a manual closing and opening/locking device, along with a maximum of 6 voltage sensors.

Our STEEMA+ auto recloser is fully compliant with international standards IEC62271-111 and ANSI/IEEE C37.60.

  • The STEEMA series automatic circuit reclosers are ideal for use on overhead distribution lines as well as distribution substation applications for the 11kV voltage class at 50/60Hz power systems. Our 11kV units can handle rated currents up to 1250A.

The Recloser Tank Feature:

  • The Vacuum recloser tanks are manufactured from 304# grade stainless steel and are powder-coated a light grey colour for enhanced durability and aesthetics. The whole recloser boasts an IP67 protection class, and is equipped with an auxiliary plug to connect with the recloser controller by a control cable, with a diameter of Max 22mm and a standard length of 6 meters (8 meters available for special requirements).
