Steema Transformers and Electricals (U) Ltd. offers a range of energy-efficient power transformers featuring a three-dimensional wound core design. This innovative design utilizes a three-dimensionally arranged iron core composed of three winding cores with identical geometric dimensions and a single frame, creating a highly optimized magnetic circuit. By creatively reforming the traditional laminated magnetic circuit structure and three-phase layout, our three-dimensional wound core transformers offer significant performance enhancements. These include a completely symmetrical three-phase magnetic circuit, substantial power saving effects, greatly reduced noise levels, enhanced heat dissipation and overload capacity, as well as a compact structure and smaller overall volume.

Steema's three-dimensional wound core series, ranging from 50kVA to 3000kVA, achieves an average reduction in no-load loss of 50% and an average reduction in load loss of 30% compared to conventional designs.

Low No-Load Curren

The superior core material and unique winding process inherent in our three-dimensional wound core design result in a significantly reduced no-load current. This series demonstrates an average decrease of 75% in no-load current, based on current national standards.

Low Operating Noise

The innovative core and construction of Steema's three-dimensional wound core series contribute to a substantial reduction in operating noise, typically by about 7-9dB, according to noise standards.

Strong Short Circuit Resistance

The integrated body structure of our three-dimensional wound core transformers, featuring a triangular prism shape with strategically placed pull-screws and a central arrangement, along with upper and lower iron yoke insulation and laminated wood blocks, provides exceptional resistance to axial and radial mechanical stresses during sudden short-circuit events.
